Urgent Response | Flash Floods Submerge IDP Camps in Rural Idlib

Why Support This Emergency Appeal?

Severe flash floods triggered by torrential rainfall across rural Idlib have inundated and damaged hundreds of tents in displacement camps, uprooting thousands of families and leaving them exposed to the elements without safe shelter.

Implemented under the “Together for the Revival of Syria” initiative by the Basmat Ataa Foundation and its field teams across rural Idlib and rural Aleppo, this campaign delivers immediate emergency relief to families affected by the flooding.

Our emergency response includes:

• Repairing and replacing flood-damaged tents

• Distributing thermal blankets and winter heating supplies

• Providing urgent relief kits to affected families
